Yes, we are excited about our ECO Collection! Polarn O. Pyret's ECO collection is manufactured from 100% organic cotton. The entire supply chain has received the Nordic Swan Eco-label ("Svanenmärkt" to Swedes) an indication of its environmentally friendly manufacturing.

The Nordic Swan is the official Nordic Eco-label, founded by the Nordic Council of Ministers. The administration of this label is impartial and not-for-profit. The Nordic Swan’s vision is sustainable consumption in a sustainable society.

Products bearing the Nordic Swan label comply with high environmental standards throughout their entire life cycle, from the gathering of raw materials to disposal, as well as health and performance criteria. The products are tested in independent laboratory trials, certification processes and random visits. The label normally applies for a period of three years, after which the criteria are revised and the company has to reapply. This ensures continued environmental compatibility and that products contribute to a sustainable society.

Making our production better for the environment and for you is a natural ambition, and our range of organic clothing grows every year. We are very proud that our entire line of striped clothing – our 76 Collection – is made exclusively from organic cotton. In addition, you will find a variety of other ECO pieces throughout our collections and we are increasing their numbers every season.
