Before 30 Days – Full Refund
If not completely satisfied with your Polarn O. Pyret purchase, you can return merchandise for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returns made within 30 days of original purchase receive a full credit back to the original form of payment. All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags in place. Pls. note, the date when the return label is issued does not constitute a return having been made. Only when we receive your items physically at our facility is the return logged in the system on that date.

Items purchased from our Outlet category (ending in $0.98) are not eligible for return nor are items purchased at Sample Sale events, either at our stores or offsite venues.

If the returned item brings the total order value under the amount required for free shipping, the shipping charge will be subtracted from the return. Shipping charges will also be deducted for Stripey the Truck items that are returned if it brings the order value under $99. Gift wrap charges are non-refundable. No price adjustments on previous purchases.

If a return of merchandise or gift items are made without an original receipt or packing invoice, merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest selling price of the given item(s) as long as the items are still live in our inventory system.

The amount of the merchandise credit you are eligible to receive will be communicated to you via the email we have on file for your account.

We suggest you pack the return in the original shipping package or other suitable packing material with a copy of your packing list enclosed along with the reason for the return.

We cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive for return, so we highly recommend you insure your return for the full value of the purchase.

Returns after 30 Days – Merchandise Credit
If you return an item after 30 days from the date of purchase, a merchandise credit will be issued to your account at the current selling price. All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags in place.

Returns after 60 Days
We will not be able to process any type of return after 60 days. Please ensure that if you would like to make a return that you do so within the available 60 day window. All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags in place.

Return Labels Available
Return labels are available for a nominal fee of $7.25 and can be emailed to you. Please contact us at customerservice@polarnopyretusa.com or via CHAT to find out more information regarding this service and to determine if the item(s) you want to return is eligible. When returning your item, please use the smallest sized bag or box to accommodate your return, otherwise, the postage may not cover the return. The packaging you received your order in from PO.P may be too big if you are only returning one item of many, for instance. We do not issue return labels for Canadian orders.
