Ordering Online

We work to make the online shopping process as enjoyable and easy as possible for our customers. If you have any questions about how best to shop the site, please read this section where we provide a step-by-step guide to efficient shopping. 1. Find the item you want to buy by browsing, searching, or using the category pages.
2. Select the color and size on the product detail page. Only the sizes which are available will appear in the drop-down menu. You will know that if you do not see the desired color or size that it is sold out.
3. Click the “Buy” button.
4. Items you “buy” are placed in your shopping bag while you continue shopping, awaiting checkout.
5. Once you've chosen all your items, click “Checkout.”
6. If you have established an account with Polarn O. Pyret USA, you may logon at checkout. It greatly speeds the checkout procedure if you have an account. We can store your billing address, shipping address, and email so that you do not need to reenter that information. Of course, you always have the option to change this information as necessary. Also, please keep in mind that we will never share your information with third parties.
7. If you are a new Polarn O. Pyret USA customer you will need to register your information so we may process your order. You are not required to set up an account to shop with us.
8. Confirm your delivery choices.
9. Provide payment details. Online orders are payable by credit card only. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. To read about online payment security click here Terms & Conditions.
10. Once you have entered your payment details you may click “confirm order.”
11. At this point you should see a message confirming that your order has been successfully placed. An email will soon be on its way to your registered email address confirming your order placement and processing.
12. You will not be charged for your order until the item leaves our warehouse.
13. Once your order has been placed you are unable to add further items. However, if you place more than one order on the same day, you will only pay shipping one time. Standard Ground shipping is free for orders over $99 in merchandise value.
14. Once you have placed your additional order on the same day, please your order confirmation number with a short explanation and we will ensure that duplicate shipping charges be removed or refunded.
