Exchanges

All eligible return items are automatically refunded via credit card or a gift certificate will be issued in your name, whether or not an exchange is requested.

In the event of an exchange, a new order will be created and charged to the same credit card or deducted from the gift certificate that we issued. Normal shipping charges will apply.
